Our home has been just updated with new furniture in living and dining room area. We have stocked it with all the comforts of home. Kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils and small appliances you may need to prepare a meal. There are bath towels and sheets in the home. Please let us know if you feel anything could be added.
You will be delighted with our 2 1/2 acre tropical swimming pool & lazy river oasis, complete with heated pools, water slide with waterfalls, outdoor & indoor Jacuzzis. Sun bathing terraces, a playground & a beach volleyball court with a pool side “tiki” bar. The fitness center has a therapeutic Jacuzzi, steam room & sauna along with elliptical equipment. The spa allows you to pamper yourself with massage, manicures & pedicures, etc. Inside you can enjoy dining at our restaurant & bar. We offer live entertainment (seasonal), event celebrations on holidays & even a market place for the must have items! Guest Services is open 24 hrs. Onsite is Banana Jacks, a 4000+ sq. ft. indoor playground with games & for all ages.
Once you arrive you must go into the Guest Services Building (please see picture) and register. You will receive pool towel cards, resort bands and a gate key. Please note that if you loose your pool towel there is a $10 charge and also if you loose the wristband for the resort. If the band becomes worn or broken do not throw out but return to the front desk and you will receive a replacement at no charge.
A Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $12.95 per day plus tax applies to all bookings. Fee includes the following: 24 Hour Check-In, Secured Resort Access, Parking, Local and Domestic Long Distance Phone Calls (including Puerto Rico and Canada), Use of Indoor Playground at Banana Jack's, 25 Game Tokens to Banana Jack's, Internet Access in Business Center, Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse area, Health Club (Fitness Center), Children's Playground and Swimming Pavilion along with Pool Towels, Regularly Scheduled Activities, Dive-In Movie Nights, Sand Volleyball Court.
Major credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals, as well as for final payment.
A Major credit card is required upon check-in for all guests. Although the town homes are privately owned and managed, the resort also collects a security deposit on behalf of certain management companies in order to protect the contents of each unit. These guests have two options for the security deposit:
1 - 4 Nights: The guest can choose a $250 authorization on a major credit card that is released after check-out if there are no damages to the unit or guests can purchase a one time, non refundable $39 +tax property protection plan that will cover up to $750 of incidental damages. This does not cover any unreported or malicious damages. These types of damages will be charged to the credit card provided.
5 Nights or More: The guest can choose a $500 authorization on a major credit card that is released after check-out, if there are no damages to the unit or guests can purchase a one time, non refundable $49 +tax property protection plan that will cover up to $1500 of incidental damages. This does not cover any unreported or malicious damages. These types of damages will be charged to the credit card provided.
Please be advised that authorizations on debit cards will be released 7-14 days after departure. This is in addition to the issuing financial institution's policy regarding release times on debit card holds. Please note that only MasterCard and Visa debit cards are accepted.
Please note that your credit card charge will appear as Travel Group Marketing.

We have a property management company that is always available to assist you. Their information is located near the phone at the residence. We are also available through this app as well.
