No Parties, Smoke Free renovated, tri-level 4 bedroom apartment (no basement) with on-site private parking (2 spots). Ideal for small to medium groups or families wanting separate bedrooms. Ideally located to transit, major highways as this home is strategically located half way between Downtown and Pearson Airport, located in historic Old Weston Village. Bedrooms are located on 2nd & 3rd floors - 2 bedrooms (both w/Queen), 1 bedroom (w/Double/Full), 1 Bedroom (w/2 Twins). Max. # of guests included 8. Additional Guests: 2 Extra Cost to set up Queen Air mattress.

Warm, inviting and cozy place to call your home away from home. Right sized, not too big not too small. Not suitable for more than 8 -10 people comfortably. NO Parties. No Smoking of any kind of substances.

Living room is a comfortable space with a nice 50" flat Ultra High Definition T.V. with (sorry we do not have cable) because Netflix is better. You can also access YouTube, Facebook as this is Smart T.V.. This room is combined with dining area.

Main bathroom has two separate sinks and mirrors, toilet, bathtub with shower. Second bathroom is only a two piece (No Shower or Bathroom). Separate sink and vanity in second bedroom.

One upper 3rd floor bedroom has separate basin sink, rustic wood panelling, and closet. Bedroom over looks backyard. One 3rd floor bedroom has custom built-ins, drawers with closet over looking street from bay window. Both rooms have laminate flooring.

Two smaller bedrooms on 2nd floor, one room with a double/full bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. These Bedrooms are carpeted.

Off the kitchen eating area which is located on 2nd floor is a large deck with stairs leading down to the large back yard. There is a small play structure (dinosaur) in back yard.

Property has private parking on-site. Two available spots, third spot optional at extra cost and availability.

This home is located in Weston Village a quaint family neighbourhood of century homes on tree lined streets close to many amenities such as shopping, groceries, a great weekend farmer's market (May to October) all walking distance, the Humber River Hospital, transit, rail, Pearson Airport to mention just a few of the highlights.

Weston Village is a lesser known jewel in Toronto.

Simply leave your car on-site and travel by transit (TTC), UP Express or the Go Train (you have a maximum number of options from this home). This way can avoid high parking fees, needless parking tickets, wasted time in heavy traffic and congestion all often over looked when choosing your accommodation.

This home is located close to great finds and little jewels like warehouse/clearance centres and discount shopping. If you want to pay full price for things you do not have to worry about that Toronto has plenty of these places. We are conveniently located by easy access the major highways leading to the Dixie Outlet Mall, Orfus Road Clearance centres, Toronto Premium Outlet Malls or shopping centres such as Yorkdale Mall and Vaughan Mills Mall.

Need to visit the sites, again we have the most number of options to get downtown. You can take the TTC to access the subway or direct to your destination, the Go Train - which takes you south to Union Station (Downtown), north to Brampton, Georgetown, Guelph, Kitchener or take the UP Express which takes you after Weston, to Dundas and the Dundas Street West Subway station/High Park or the second stop which is Union Station (to see the Jays, Maple Leafs, Raptors, Ripley's Aquarium, Mirvish Theatre and so much more.) UP Express runs every 15 minutes to Union Station in 14 minutes, Dundas Station in 7 minutes and Pearson Airport in 11 minutes.

If you are a runner, cyclist or avid nature walker. Our home is located centrally to the start of the Humber River Trail entrances to the Southern (to the Lake) and Northern Humber River Trail (To Woodbridge) routes. Both trails separate at Weston. You can spend hours just walking the trails of the Humber.

Weston Village is often under looked as a location to stay. If you are looking a place to stay at the end of the day which is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and a place to come enjoy and relax at the end of the day then this is it.

Options from this home are abundant. Car, Train or Bus/Subway or all together; we have accessibility.

By train/rail and foot the home is located a 5-7 minute walk from Weston Station where you catch the UP Express which runs every 15 minutes. Just 1 stop from Pearson International Airport (11 minutes) and 2 stops from Union Station(14 minutes).
So the fastest Way to get to Downtown Toronto is via the UP Express train. It is also the fastest way to get to Pearson International Airport. Both directions take between 11-14 minutes. To get the Subway (Dundas St. West Station) via the UP Express takes 5 minutes. This UP Express train runs every 15 minutes from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m.

So what is the cost?

From Weston to Union Station (Downtown) 14 minutes.

Cost One Way: Adult or Student: $5.65

Senior: $2.85

Family (2 adults and 3 children under 19 years old): $12.00

From Weston to Pearson International Airport 11 minutes

Cost One Way:

Adult or Student: $5.30

Senior: $2.65

Family (2 adults and 3 children under 19 years old): $11.00

From Weston to Bloor Street (Subway Station) 5 minutes

Cost One Way:Adult or Student: $5.30

Senior: $2.65

Family (2 adults and 3 children under 19 years old): $11.00

Bus and Subway:

Or you can take the Toronto Transit (TTC) Bus to the subway in about 20-25 minutes depending on which subway station you want to reach (Lawrence Station or Runnymede Station).

A Single Cash Fare is $3.25 for anyone over 12 years old. Buy tokens for a further savings.

Children under 12 years of age are free.

You can also buy day passes for a family for $9.00 and there are weekly and monthly passes. Get a Presto pass for even greater savings on the TTC, Go or UP Express - as it works seamlessly with all of them. There is a minor set up cost so best for those staying for longer periods.

Taxi or Uber:

Or you can take a Taxi, we recommend the company Beck Taxi ( The cost to take it to Union Station is approx. $55.00 or you can take an UBER ( for less but it depends on thier surge pricing if in effect. Remember unless you are going right downtown to the waterfront then the cost will be likely less. If you need to figure out what option is best for you please contact the host to help.

If you are staying for a week or longer there are other options that can be recommended.

Car, Car Share rental, Bike rental

Lastly, you can take a car. To park downtown at a lot the cost is approximately $20-$50 from 7 am to 6 p.m. and then there is an additional charge from 6 p.m. to closing at most lots for an additional charge. Lot parking price depends on each individual lot. Remember each lot has it's own charges and the pricing above is just an approximation.
Due to the high volume of traffic and construction, the cheapest way and fastest way to get around is the UPExpress and then the TTC. You are also able to rent bikes and or get car share at various locations.

Other possible options:

By GO Train, you can also get to the Bloor Street Subway Station or Union Station (Via Rail also runs out of Union Station).

Car/Van:

By car the home is conveniently located at the junction of Hwy 401 & 400/Black Creek Road and near Hwy 401 & 427 and Pearson Airport.

By Car, take the Hwy 400 takes you north to North York, York Region where you will find towns and Cities such as Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, King City, Aurora, Vaughan to Newmarket to name a few.

By Car, take the Hwy 401 West to Mississauga, Brampton, Milton to Pearson International Airport.

By Car, take the 401 East to access the eastern part of Toronto such as North York, Scarborough and East York. If you continue this will take you to Pickering, Ajax, Whitby.

By Car, take Hwy 427 North to the Airport or Brampton and Orangeville. Take Hwy 427 South to Etobicoke, South Mississauga. It also take you to downtown without going through the city.

By Car, take Black Creek Road to the Stock Yards Shopping Centre, High Park, Bloor Street West and down to Lake Ontario.

Great Location


Thomas was great. Close to the airport and the up train. Downtown in 15 minutes and just a 10 minute walk to the station. House is cosy. Superstore close by. Look forward to another stay.

Felt like I was at home.


This home was so beautiful! Very convenient spot, had everything we may have even forgot to bring and Thomas communication left no room for any confusion. We had more fun in the house than outside. My family and myself loved it!!!

The house was so cozy and comfortable for the 6 of us sister-in-laws celebrating my 60 th birthday. We took the train in from Windsor.
