The first floor has a compact kitchen, living room, and dining room. Furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques and modern pieces, the living room is an artful combination of graceful style and modern conveniences. The kitchen, while small is efficiently designed with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. A pass through window connects to the dining room. A built in sideboard with additional beverage fridge all add to the convenience of the space. The dining room has old beams, original wood floors and a large circular table that seats 10. Perfect for large family gatherings or games nights with friends. Just off the dining room is a screened in sun porch that leads out into the garden.
The house sleeps 10 people easily in 5 bedrooms. The Master bedroom downstairs has a king size bed, large picture windows, antique lighting fixtures and an ensuite dressing room and office area. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. Two have queen size beds, while the third room has two twin beds. In the attic of the dining room addition is a fourth bedroom with a double bed. The upstairs bathroom suite is designed to work for a large family. All within the same area, there are two separate 2-piece powder rooms side-by-side and across the hall a shower room. So, even with a large household, there are no long waits to use the facilities. Downstairs is a 4-piece bathroom with laundry facilities and 2-piece powder room. Bed linens and towels are provided.
